Ughhhhhhhh damn banana loaf

I ate a slice of banana loaf and half a ginger molasses cookie about an hour ago. And I ate a total of 4 bananas, and 1 dry pint of blueberries today. God damn it!!!

This morning I weighed myself: 144.6 lbs
Then I took a giant crap and I weighed 142.6 lbs LOL! Yeah. Too much info?

I've been a baaaaaaaaad girl

I just ate more than half of a ginger molasses cookie. And half a banana. And earlier I ate around 20 BBQ chips. And 2 cups of sweetened soy milk.

This is not good. I really don't want to do this diet anymore. It's making me miserable and stressed out. I kept messing up at work today because I had so much on my mind that I started doing random shit. For instance, I made a large drink instead of a medium. Later I started putting chocolate syrup and coconut flakes on a frappuccino BEFORE putting on the whipped cream. That stuff is supposed to go on top of the whipped cream. What the hell?

For the record, my weight this morning was 142.6 lbs.

I am not pleased with myself right now.

Today was a high high carb day.

Celebratory lunches are bad news for me. I ate A LOT of carbs. That probably kicked me out of ketosis. I should check my pee next time. Bah!

I'm not even going to begin to list what I ate today. It was just that bad. But oh so delicious.

Damn damn damn!

I ate about 10 grapes (maybe more...lost count...), 3 pieces of pineapple, 1/10th of a mini donut, 5 chicken wings, and some broccoli.

GRAPES ARE SO GOOD. They were the kind I like (the very round and sour-ish green ones); I couldn't resist. At least my coworker bought the almond milk I requested so I got to drink some of that deliciousness.

Now for dinner I guess I will have a hot dog and a chicken breast or something. Ran out of salad this morning. Sigh. McDonald's Tuscan salad is pretty good (but expensive). Can't wait to not have cravings anymore.

Almost a week later

Weighed myself first thing in the morning: 141.0 lbs

But today there will be celebration fooood for me to eat at work and I won't be able to eat it. Kill me now?

Midnight Baking

I used less sugar-free hazelnut syrup this time (only two capfuls) so it's definitely less sweet. But I also baked it for longer (like...20 min longer or so...) and made them look nicer. These little guys are very crumbly!
