Well, more like I can't stop thinking about carbs.
I love crunchy things. I love dipping breads, chips, and other carbs into dips and what not. And I like eating fruit.
This is killing me on the inside.
I weighed myself this morning: 143.8lbs
It's just normal fluctuation, I am guessing. There's no way I could have lost fat already.
I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT CHIPS! AH!!! And my sweet tooth will be the end of me. I may go to the grocery store to pick up some pork rinds because I hear they will satisfy my crunch craving. I'm also going to try making spinach chips in the oven.
I got really freaked out last night because I drank so much passion tea and I wasn't completely sure it was carb-free. I checked the sbux website and THANK GOODNESS it has pretty much no nutritional value lol. Love it! It is tangy and when I add splenda, it's almost like I'm really drinking something sweet. Phew.
