End of Day Two

Ohhhhh my god. I did not realize how difficult this would be. I can't believe my old diet consisted of mostly carbs. Wow. Today I ate:

Breakfast: 2 sausages, 2 eggs fried in lots of butter

Lunch: 2 slices of kielbasa with some spring mix salad, a 2cm^3 of havarti, and 4 slices of bacon

Snack: probably too many salted roasted pumpkin seeds, one chicken souvlaki stick, the filling of a taco (from Taco Bell)

Dinner: asparagus in butter, steak in butter

Drinks: 2 iced venti no classic passion teas, grande soy milk with one pump sugar free caramel

The soy milk was not planned. I really didn't want to drink it because there are carbs and sugar, but the craving was toooooooo intense. It felt SO GOOD drinking it, though. I don't think I have ever enjoyed soy milk as much as I did at that moment.

I weighed myself just now and I weigh 146lbs. D'oh! I really hope I am not accidentally fucking this up because it's like torture.
