Yes, I got pork rinds. That's how bad my cravings were. It was my first time trying them and I must say, the crunch was good but I almost puked at the taste.
I decided to also go with some spinach to try baking spinach chips. Here were the results:
The flavour is pretty good and the crunch is fun! The leaves are so thin that they crumble into smithereens at the slightest pressure. Next time I won't use huge flakes of salt since the saltiness was a bit much.
I also found almond milk that had zero net carbs!!!!! AMAZING!! Add a little bit of sbux's sugarfree hazelnut syrup and it's almost like I'm eating carbs again! HOORAH!! So happy to have found that. Now I can hopefully make it through the day without feeling like I'm being tortured.
