Jeff and I are trying something we've never done before. We've both gained some fat in the past few years so we're starting a ketogenic diet. Basically the point of this is to restrict carbs (under 20g per day) to the point that our bodies will start to burn fat for energy (a state known as ketosis).
Today was interesting. I had intense cravings while at work. Every frappuccino smelled amazing and I really wanted one but I resisted. I didn't realize how much carb stuff I ate until today. Wow, I was a carbaholic.
I'm very tired and I have an interview tomorrow so I will end this post with some stats:
Current Weight: 145lbs
Waist (flexed): 79.8cm
I'll do some more measuring and take some "before" photos later.
